Refund & Cancellation Policy — Eshan Sen Astrology

At Eshan Sen Astrology, every consultation, report, and product is prepared with dedicated time and care. This policy exists to be fair to both you as a client and to us as a service provider. Please read it carefully before making a booking or purchase.

Summary (Plain Language) Cancel 48+ hours before your session → full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before → 50% refund. Cancel less than 24 hours or no-show → no refund. Written reports and eBooks are non-refundable once work begins or the file is delivered. Priority same-day sessions are generally non-refundable once confirmed and paid for.

Rescheduling One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy above.

⚡ Priority Same-Day Sessions

Priority same-day sessions are offered only when schedule and preparation time allow.
Because priority same-day sessions require immediate preparation and reserved time, they are generally non-refundable once confirmed and paid for.
If the session cannot be conducted from our side, a full refund or priority rescheduling will be offered.

Please Note All written reports are hand-prepared by Eshan Sen personally and are unique to your birth chart. They are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Work is considered "begun" once Eshan has started chart analysis, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

📚 eBooks & Digital Products

No refund on eBooks once the PDF/eBook file has been delivered.
If the file received is incorrect, corrupted, or incomplete, a corrected replacement will be sent at no charge.
If you have paid but not yet received the file, please contact us via WhatsApp or email so delivery can be checked.
eBook purchases via Amazon are governed by Amazon's own refund policy, not this policy.

📱 How to Cancel or Reschedule

Send a WhatsApp message to +91 6291353434 with your full name, session date, and reason for cancellation.
Alternatively, email hello@eshansenastrology.com with the same details.
Cancellation is only considered received when acknowledged by us — please do not assume cancellation is automatic.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / PayPal).
